Student Animation Competition & Screening

AnimeCom in partnership with Jamaica Animation Nation Network (JANN) presents the TAVIA AWARDS 2024: Student Animation Competition and Screening. This competition is a fantastic opportunity and platform for animation students across Jamaica to use and showcase their creative and technical skills. Students are invited to create moments that showcase their wildest imagination and what makes Jamaica awesome and submit their animated films to win amazing prizes. #JamaicanSuperheroes

Deadline for entries: Sunday, July 7, 2024

Selection Notice: Monday, July 15, 2024

Competitors can win prizes in any of five (5) Categories: 

  • Best Animation

  • Best Story

  • Best Character Design

  • Best Voice Acting

  • People Choice
