AnimeCom is happy to welcome all media personnel interested in attending our 2025 Con

MEDIA 2025: REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

LIMITED Media badges may be complimentarily provided to members of the press intending to cover the convention. Be broadcast media, digital, print, vloggers, or bloggers etc.

You need only apply by submitting your registration, agree and adhere to our simple consideration guidelines BELOW.

Once applicants receive approval for their application, they will be directed on how to collect their Media Badge.

Please note:

Only successful applicants will be contacted.

Due to the overwhelming amount of responses we may receive, we will have to limit the media applications and this will mean making some tough decisions.

If your application has been unsuccessful, we welcome you to apply again next year; otherwise, we hope to see you at AnimeCom 2025 as an attendee! If you wish to withdraw your application or have further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Considerations

Please read through and consider all of the following before applying for the Media Pass.

Please submit only one application per media outlet, Individual or organisation.
All applicants must be at least 18 years old.
We kindly ask that the media be considerate and make available to us their coverage of the Con.
Applying for a Media Pass does not automatically grant you approval.
Only applicants from any of the listed categories on the Registration Form who are at least two years old will be considered.
If you are applying with multiple members from a media outlet or organisation, not all members may be granted approval. Or you may be required to pay a small contribution of $3000 for each additional Badge.
Arriving at the convention and applying for press will not be allowed. There will be no on-site press badge registration.
AnimeCom reserves the right to deny an application for any suitable reason.
Please indicate to us where we may view the photographs and or videographs.
AnimeCom Fest will make every effort to credit all media personnel or organisations upon use of content.
Kindly credit AnimeCom Fest 2025 in your work upon publication.
The approved media may not charge money and profit from photography or videography.
